Lamborghini Aventador

Lamborghini has released the first official picture of new hypercar and aesthetic details can be seen first, despite the blackout. The new model which will replace the current Murcielago will be officially presented at the Geneva Motor Show.

The new hypercaris inspired by the iconic design of Reventon , it is more angular than the current Murcielago. Lamborghini wants to change direction in terms of future models. The body is made of fiberglass, a first for the Italian.

The new Lamborghini Aventador will have a total mass of 1575 kg, 230 kg less than the current Murcielago LP640-4. The new model will be powered by a 6.5 liter V12 engine, an engine capable of developing maximum output of 700 hp and 690 Nm of torque. The official average consumption is 17 liters per 100 km, and emissions of 398 g CO2 per kilometer.

Acceleration from 0-100 km / h takes place in 2.9 seconds and top speed is 350 km / h. To cope with this increase in power, the new Lamborghini model equipped with an improved braking system and 19 inch rims for front wheels and 20-inch rear. The wheels are wrapped in 255/35 and 335/30 tires.

The transmission used will be the new robotic transmissions ISR (Independent Shifting Rod). The new seven-speed automatic transmission reports needed only 50 milliseconds to change gear, passing from one stage to another is almost invisible.
